The following changes are now available in the car manager:

Improved handling for incomplete vehicle-foreign information

If the DAT-€ code is not unique with the vehicle system, you can see the available alternatives and make a selection.

If an error occurs with a vehicle import, the import will still be completed. The vehicles that could not be imported can be created manually afterwards. Under Import / New installation > Unimported vehicles you can view a list of all vehicles where the import was faulty. By clicking the "action" button you have the possibility to manually create the vehicle.

You can now copy already created vehicles. On the details page of the vehicle, you will find the "Copy" button. After that, you can enter how many copies you want to create. If the origin vehicle is manual selection in one or more actions, the user can decide whether all copies are also added to all actions by manual selection.

The created copies are saved to the favorites list. After the automatic copy function has gone through, the car manager jumps directly into the favorites list. You can then edit the vehicles as usual.

Multiple search

In the advanced vehicle search, a multiple search for vehicle numbers and chassis numbers is now possible. You can disconnect the different numbers with comma, semicolon, or line break.

Shared / newly imported vehicles

Also, you can now search in the advanced search for shared and newly imported vehicles.

Stand-time controller

In the advanced search, there is a drop-down field in which you can select stored service providers. The result shows all vehicles that are in an ongoing process and where one of the selected service providers is assigned to the current process step.

From now, you can also list additional products for financing and leasing offers that affect the monthly installment. These additional products can be entered and viewed in the car manager under Settings > Financing > Additional products.

The additional products are displayed in the order in which they are registered in the car manager. The additional product that is at the top is also displayed first.

We receive additional products automatically from the BMW Bank. Already existing additional products can be supplemented by you at will.

Once the additional products are stored in the settings, you can enter the respective costs in the vehicle processing in the tab Financing horse. Please note: all information you provide in the financing tab is not calculated automatically. The values you entered there are output that you entered there. It is no check and no error message appears if the data is not correct.

The additional products are also issued in all areas where a financing or leasing offer is displayed. You will find this information in the car manager in the vehicle details, price tags and on vehicle exchanges.

To have to create less financing manually, you can now also create financing based on stored searches. This allows you to determine individually for which vehicles a financing specification should be created. Under Settings > Financing > Financing presets you will find a drop-down field where all saved searches appear. Information about creating a saved search can be found here.

In vehicle processing there are a new drop-down field "Service packages" listing all available service packages. You can select a package or several packages. In the vehicle detail view, you will find the selected service packages in the basic data. With selected BSI, the associated information board is issued on the respective exchanges. In the advanced search, you can search for any available service package.

For security reasons, the first password is reset after the first login. After the first login, you must assign a new password of your choice.

In addition, the button to return password in the login mask has moved further upwards and thus more visible.

Price adjustments

Under Settings > Price adjustment you can select whether you want to make price adjustments by internet status (pre-set) or according to DMS standards.

CRM autoresponder

Under Settings > Email Template you have the possibility to maintain customizable content for all available autoresponders. You can see which autoresponders are available above the input mask. With click on the buttons, switch to editing the respective setting.

The action price exchange is displayed in the vehicle list.

You can now enter the number of seats manually. An input of more than 9 seats now also possible.

Vehicles in the view area can now also be deleted with the help of a multiple selection.

In combination with the multiple search can now be easily removed or reported as sold.

Request data

In the demand data, vehicles that are not exported are marked with a dash (-) marked, vehicles that are exported but have no clicks are marked with a "0."

In the vehicle list, vehicles exported to mobile.de can be displayed in new tab on mobile.de with click on the vehicle button.

You can have the stock market feedback from mobile.de under Marketing > mobile.de displayed according to various criteria. You can choose for what period you want to see the stock market feedbacks, you can filter by stock market feedback ok or exchange feedback not ok and you can set whether you want to see the stock market feedback by promotions or highlights.

In the notification center, you can see more import feedbacks with all information, alerts and errors.

If, for example, vehicles cannot be created via a new car import, you will find the information and a link through which you can manually complete the vehicles.

From now on you can print requests. To print the overall history, click the printer icon in the open request. To print only a single email, click the down arrow in the desired mail and on Print email.

You also have the option to export the statistics "Edit duration First contact" and "Reaction time to employees" as a PDF file. To do this, click the desired evaluation under the menu item Statistics. In the evaluations you will find a button "Export as PDF."

The statistics "Edit duration First contact" and "Reaction time after employees" can also subscribe. You can decide whether you want to get both statistics or just one statistic, for which calculation period you want to receive the statistics and at what intervals you want to receive the statistics. The statistics are automatically sent to you by the car manager to the email address that you have provided in the user administration.
