New customer

By purchasing the license to use software, an onboarding package must be purchased (from Professional package), this includes the setup and training of the system.
There are three different packages:

After registering for our products Free and Basic, you are welcome to onboarding.
You can book an appointment yourself.

We offer you different dates for booking. Please note that we charge the actual effort - as well as with topics we receive by phone / mail / ticket system - according to the current hourly rate if it is not a system error or missing system data.
For the first steps, onboarding packages are offered with a fixed hour quota.
