Basic settings - General
In the Basic Settings > General, Settings can be set in the following areas:
Cars EnVKV publication limits
This setting can define whether consumption and emission data should be checked for publication. Two test stages are possible in an exam:
Examination rough:New cars will only be set to "Online" if the required information for fuel consumption, electricity consumption and CO2 emissions is available.
Examination Fine:New cars are only set to "Online" if all the necessary information for the CO2 label is available. (Here are also the entries of consumption forDowntown, outskirts, country road, motorway and annual tax queried / checked.)
Note:
- The cross-site setting is activated and configuredGroups appavailable.
Important note:
The above. Filters and automatic locks are only an additional technical check. pixelconcept expressly points out that the customer / user is solely responsible for compliance with the legal requirements.
The verification and blocking in the AUTOMANAGER does not release the customer / user from his own obligation to check.

Reservations / Status
The settings for reservations are used to set a maximum reservation period and to define further definitions for reservation times. Different reservation types are available - only those activated here are available to choose from.
Depending on the activated reservation types, certain functions are available in the LMS car manager, e.g. sightseeing or test drive activities.
Note:
- In theRights managementDeviating maximum periods can be defined for the reservation period for individual rights groups. However, this can only be smaller than those specified here.
In-cash
In this area, values for the calculation of cash-in vehicles can be defined. If necessary, further filters can be added, e.g. to treat certain manufacturers or cars / motorcycles differently:

In this range, values can be entered which are used for the calculator in the rangeVehicle collectionbe used.
Other settings
In this section, settings can be set that have an impact on the display / selection of vehicles or manufacturers in car managers.
- Own manufacturers are presented at the top during searches
- Setting the deletion period defines how long vehicles can still be accessed after sales report.
- The language settings can be used to define languages that are available for the vehicle equipment.
- The presets vehicle lists defines whether only your own or other locations are preselected for the display / search for several linked car manager locations. About theAdvanced searchHowever, the search can also be modified at any time.
- The view settings offer you the possibility to define specific pre-filtering / sortings.
Notes:
- Regardless of the setting of the deletion time, vehicle images are deleted 90 days after sales report.
- Sold, but not deleted vehicles may be. Restored upon re-recording.
- Language settings are only relevant if imports also provide equipment information in different languages.
- Trade-in vehicles that are not included in stock should be deleted promptly. This can either be done manually or automated via the setting available here.
