The lead log shows all kinds of functions on the lead, the lead content (notices as well as incoming and outgoing emails). There is a print option for the entire history as well as for individual emails.


Via the symbol in the top right, the following possibilities offer
  1. The entire lead history can be printed via this
The four icons above the individual mails / notes offer the following editing options:
  1. Creating note
  2. Writing email
  3. Forward Leadership
  4. Create / start video chat
  5. Completing lead
On the lead itself, options for viewing (complete e-mail, if necessary. Attachments to the e-mail) and a print option of the mail. As default, incoming emails are always shown in full.
