We recommend contacting via the customer portal (with registration), by appointment booking or, in case of urgent matters by phone.
A ticket is created for each contact - Information about this will be sent to you by e-mail. When registering in our customer portal, you will find all tickets you have created in your area, so you have an overview of all open and closed queries to the service team.
Please make sure that you provide us with sufficient information when contacting us in writing that allows us to process your request quickly. Entering a phone number for queries is also recommended.
If we cannot answer a call (e.g. outside our opening hours), we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please leave sufficient information to allow us to feedback or process your matter.
