Items of the homepage

The individual elements of the homepage can be displayed and hidden or moved at your sole discretion.
The data of the items can be updated by dragging down.

At the end of the homepage there is a quick jump in the form of a plus character:
After clicking, a new contact or lead can be created by quickly selecting or leave the menu:

Editing items

Move items

At the end of the homepage above the range bar the editing of items can be enabled:
After this has been done, individual elements can be moved by drag and drop.
The desired arrangement is stored via the Save button visible at the same point as the call to edit:

Not needed can be hidden in Edit mode:

Car scanner

In the Car Scanner item, the different ways of scanning or transmission are available:

Vehicles

The Vehicles item shows an overview of the number of vehicles in specific status:

New leads

The New Leads item shows the latest leads the user has access to:

Overdue leads

The Overdue Leads item shows leads that are overdue:

New Lead Activities

The New Lead Activities item shows the latest contacts in the existing leads:

Overdue tasks

The item Overdue Tasks item shows tasks that are overdue:


Notes:
  1. The Vehicle item is informative only. It points the vehicles to which the logged in user has access.
  2. The items for leads, tasks and activities show all leads, tasks and activities that the respective user has access to.
  3. From the items to Leads, Tasks and Activities, either the respective lead, task or activity can be called by clicking on the entry. By clicking on "To list" the respective area of the Automanager smartphone app is controlled and all corresponding entries are shown in list form.
