Export app configurator
It is possible to configure an export app independently. This possibility can be used, for example, to connect a sales platform for which no own app exists or to continuously maintain the vehicle inventory on your own systems.

Activation of app
After clicking on details in the app overview you will find the detail page of the app.
By clicking on Activate, you will be taken to the start of the configuration menu.
Basic settings
Here you put your own name and if necessary clues fixed.
Format
There are various common export formats to choose from as well as selections for file name and content of the export including a customer number. The latter can be used to assign your inventory to the sales platform for which the export is used.
In the Export Format field, the data formats and the inventory lists are available:
When selecting data formats, the Content, Name Policy, and Customer Number fields are available:
When selecting an inventory list, the saved searches to be used for data creation are available.
Note:
- Please note that the data format "Erw. Mobile (without character limitation) ." Marketing platforms cannot be processed because character restrictions defined for the advanced mobile format do not apply here.
Advanced settings
The vehicle number to be transmitted is selected here. Please note the instructions.

Server
Here you define the settings for the server to which your data should be transferred.
Alternatively, a user can be selected to whom the data is sent by e-mail.
When entering a server and the access data, the connection is checked to avoid input errors. If the check fails, a message becomes visible - in this case please check the entered data and correct it.
Notes:
- Please enter the URL of the server without leading http or www.
- If a specific port is to be used, it can be entered in the sea contract. Example:

Interval
Here they define the period and frequency in which your data should be transferred.
Furthermore, settings for the publication of current and future vehicles can be made.
Note:
- For linked Automanager locations, the configurator only needs to be run through once. In the other locations, configured export can be searched for and activated via the AppStore such as apps to established sales platforms.

The customer will check settings in the application at any time with regard to the associated costs for third-party providers, where vehicles are discontinued for a fee (especially Autoscout 24 and mobile.de), in particular for settings
