Import / Export - Import

Vehicles can be automatically provided with further information based on these settings or the vehicles are created based on the set settings.

Presets for the Investment Import

These presets apply to investment imports, i.e. import that have a DAT enrichment downstream.


With these settings can be defined whether
  1. Manually changed prices by your own import
  2. − a DAT enrichment e.g. data from a mobile / EVA import
  3. A DAT enrichment automatically sets overwriting protection.
  4. Vehicle types should be set only initially
  5. Imported vehicles that have been deleted manually are to be created
Furthermore, it can be determined how long vehicles sold (but not yet completely deleted) should be reactivated when the vehicle is retained. In addition, parameters can be set, which are automatically set when a vehicle is received again.

The settings apply only to new vehicles, existing vehicles are not changed.

Note:
  1. The Cross-site setting is with enabled and configuredGroup Appavailable.

Presets for the Mobile.com or Autoscout24 Import

These presets apply exclusively to data import in Mobile or Autoscout24 data import.

With these settings can be defined whether
  1. Manually changed prices are overwritten by follow-up imports
Furthermore, it can be determined how long vehicles sold (but not yet completely deleted) should be reactivated when the vehicle is retained.

Presets for the Import GWM


With these settings are re-set or overwritten when importing from GWM vehicles settings. With the distances terms can be removed from the transmitted model addition.

Presets for importing JGA of BMW AG


With this presets the desired margin, reset costs and rounding settings can be set. The settings affect the vehicle price and thus secondary also on theLeasing rates.
Note:
  1. It is only rounded to final digits that are hooked, i.e. if only the 0 were ticked, prices would always be rounded to ten points.

Transfer Cost Presets


Per manufacturer / model / series as well as vehicle type and vehicle type transfer costs can be entered. There is the possibility to set this setting several times for different selections. The costs are automatically added to the selling price in export (for new cars and imported vehicles).
Notes:
  1. Along with the setting toDelete vehicles soldThe setting to restore vehicles sold can be used to control which data should be continued when a vehicle is received again or which are to be recreated.
  2. The transfer cost specification has a direct impact on all vehicles defined here. Example: Sale price 10000 EUR + transfer costs 500 EUR. Exported price = 10500 EUR. In car manager, only the price is visible in the list view and vehicle without transfer costs.

User to be notified Import Report

Users who receive an import report daily by e-mail can be defined.
