Initially Set up Lead Tracking

The OUTOMANAGER includes lead tracking. Lead tracking means that you create an email address of your choice on the top-level domain @dein.auto and define a forwarding to an email address of your choice.

@dein.auto email address created is automatically used for requests from the marketplace or dealer website, on all other vehicle exchanges you play, this email address should be considered asAddress for Customer Requestsbe deposited.

Customer requests / leads run through the car manager and can be statistically evaluated by you. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to initiate a video chat with the interested party in the leads area and (with active app) To have documents digitally signed.

The actual response to the emails takes place on the email account you set to which the leads are forwarded.

The setup starts by clicking on the Leads pane and the subpoint Overview:

You enter a mailbox name of your choice and have it checked for availability.

If availability is positive, click on Next:

After attaching the mailbox enter the desired redirect and save it:

By attachment you will find the data in the area Settings > LMS Basic settings.
