Inventory Scan

The inventory scan is intended to collect all vehicles in the location and update the stand of these vehicles.

Start screen

By clicking Inventory scan from theCarScanner ElementThe homepage of the inventory scan will open:

Scan QR Code

With one click onThe camera is started and there is a continuous scan until a stand is detected.

With the selection "Yes" switches to the next step, with the selection "No" can be scanned further.

Note:

1. It can only be detected stands that are in your locations.
   

Vehicle selection

After confirming the stand the vehicles can be entered at the stand:

By clicking on the icon× automatically starts the scan for a vehicle QR code.

Add vehicles

After detecting a vehicle, the vehicle is displayed.

After clicking "Yes" will jump to the list of scanned vehicles of the location - by clicking on the icon againOther vehicles can be scanned.

After all vehicles have been scanned, the scans can either be saved or transferred directly, by clicking on the iconA demolition / discard would also be possible.

Storage

About the symbolThe scanned vehicles are stored and can be stored at a time of your choice across the area ofOpen transmissionsare transmitted.

b. when importing vehicles from lists, since by specifying an incorrect account or abbreviation, the same vehicle stock can be made for a second account with a third party provider,
