Leads - Completion

In the area of completion canCompletion of LMS inquiries / leadsthe final reasons are processed.

The system-side completion reasons can be viewed, provided with their own name if necessary and also hidden for use:

Further completion reasons can be created independently:

The final reasons created here are then available when a lead is completed in addition to the standard completion reasons.

Notes:

1. For existing leads, the open / closed leads per closing reason are also shown here.
   
2. A deletion of self-created closing reasons also removes them from the respective leads.
   
3. The cross-site setting is enabled and configuredGroups appavailable.
