"The help documentation also contains concrete instructions on the use of the software, which in particular aim to protect the customer from unwanted effects of the use of the software and, if necessary, associated damage. The customer is therefore obliged to use the software in accordance with the help documentation in the respective current version and to check before each use whether the help documentation has been updated."
