Vehicle details page

Images and data about the vehicle can be called up in the vehicle data area. This information is accessible to all car manager users and can be used both as an overview of vehicle data and as a research source.
Not all entries available in editing mode are visible in read mode.

Images

In the Images section, videos and images of the vehicle are displayed:


  1. By selecting the output channel, a possible different output (overlays, additional images with definedOutput channels in actions) or even unpublished images are displayed.
  2. With a hover over an image, the resolution of the respective image is shown.
  3. With a click on the iconThe vehicle images can be downloaded.
  4. By clicking on an image or video, it is opened in a preview view. Below the image, the image path can be scrolled or closed again.

Basic data

In the basic data, information about the vehicle is shown in several blocks, which is in processing mode in the basic data.


Equipment

There are five sub-items in the equipment area:

Exchange-relevant search criteria

Here the active search criteria of the vehicle are shown


Standard equipment

In this area, the active series equipment of the vehicle is shown.

Optional equipment

In this area, the active optional equipment of the vehicle are shown in a grouped manner.

Other features

The other equipment features (free text) on the vehicle are shown here.

Search criteria Details

All available search criteria are shown in this section. A check mark indicates which search criteria are active. The source is visible per active search criterion, e.g. data from a GWM import, free-text recognition, manual supplement by a user. For manual additions (or distances), the user who has made the supplement / removal is named by name.



Energy consumption

In the area of energy consumption, the entered consumption and emission data as well as the relevant data stored in this context, which have been stored in the vehicle or calculated on the basis of available information (fuel, fuel prices).



Note:
  1. Since the amendment of the passenger cars EnVKV, consumption data stored on vehicles and imported from other sources may no longer be shown after the NEDC test cycle.

Technical data

In the field of technical data, technical information about the vehicle (e.g. dimensions, towing loads, drive type, chassis details, tank contents, maximum speed) is output in several blocks - if available.



Prices

In the Prices section, the price information that is maintained is displayed. The Mobile.de price rating or rating is also displayed.



With registeredStand-day calculationand existing strain gauge stands show the deposited exemption standdays and interest damage.

Forwardis:
  1. Depending on the data entered, information on purchase prices, previous owners and margins is also displayed. This should not be shown during external use or customer contact.

Financing & Leasing & Subscription

In the Finance & Leasing & Subscription section, active registered leasing and financing offers as well as subscriptions are presented.
For calculated financing, information about the car manager abbreviation in which the specification has been stored and the stored search that is used are mentioned as a note.

Publication

Details of publication are visible in the Publication section:
  1. Is the vehicle online
  2. Which exports are active
  3. Which additional bookings / settings are active
  4. What actions does the vehicle included in?
For actions, the action name, the auto manager abbreviation in which the action is created and the action type are also mentioned.




Condition & damage

In the Condition & Damage section, information on the number of holders, tyres, number of keys, service booklet status and, if applicable. Details of individual damage visible:

With active expansionautoscan.aiA vehicle evaluation can be triggered or details viewed at this point.
Vehicles where the "Request Review" button has been clicked are under the status in the Autoscan app"To Do"call.

For several existing reviews, these can be selected by date / rating.
When displaying damage, the brief presentation takes place in this area, via the linked PDF the complete evaluation can be called up.
Original images, rated images and the PDF document of the evaluation are stored in the area of vehicle files.
