Vehicle search / saved searches
Seek them overAdvanced searchcreated, can be saved for reuse.
Storage
One name must be assigned per search and one search type:
- User = The saved search is only available in your own car manager access and cannot be used forActionso.a. are used.
- Global = Search is available to all users in the same location and can be used forActionsare used.
- Cross-location = Search is available to all users in all linked locations. The search can only be found in the account where it was created forActionsare used.
- PicDesigner = The search stands in the linked PicDesigner for theRule creationto selection.
In addition, an existing saved search can be overwritten with the new search settings. Direct storage on the dashboard is also possible - this can also be edited at any time via the management of saved searches.
Call saved searches
Saved searches are called up via a hover / click on "My saved searches":
As default setting, only the non-global 'searchs are shown here - these can be called up by clicking on the assigned name.
Global saved searches can also be made available at this point via the "Manage" section.
Visible searches in this field can be searched via the filter field.
If a search has been created across locations, the origin location of the search is shown by a hover above the search.
Manage saved searches
After clicking on "Manage" you will find further options, storage takes place via "Close":
- A set "Show cross-location searches" also shows you the searches that have been created as cross-site searches in linked locations.
- A set "Show global searches" checkbox also shows you the global searches of the car manager account
- The Show vehicle number checkbox allows you to output the current results of the searches in this management view
- Searches can be sorted by dragging and dropping.
- Checkbox "Dashboard can search for theCar Manager Dashboardbe adopted
- Saved search can be edited
- The deletion of saved searches is only possible if they are not used for actions or financing specifications. A hover over the symbol

Notes:
- A saved search "All vehicles" is basically available
- When global searches are displayed, all global searches that have been created are displayed - both via your own access and via all other accesses in the same car manager account
- When cross-site searches are displayed behind the name of the search in parenthesis, the car manager location in which the search is created.
