Preferences for vehicle status and publication

In this section, presets can be set and users can be defined that are informed when export locks.

The following settings are possible:
  1. Automatic release of new vehicles Yes / No
  2. Should images be published without optimization Yes / No
  3. Should there be the possibility to enter individual prices for exchanges Yes / No
  4. Should VINs be exported (interface-dependent) Yes / No
  5. Should take-incance vehicles No / Yes with multiple options
  6. How should mild hybrids be exported? As hybrid or as a combustion engine

Notes:
  1. The settings for publication are only effective for new vehicles, existing vehicles will not be changed.
  2. Individual prices are optional per vehicle - if no individual price is entered, the selling price will be used.
  3. If images have been taken via the picDesigner web application or smartphone app and the setting "Publ vehicle images only after image optimization" has been activated, the recorded images are only transmitted to the car manager after optimization.

Export Activation

In the Export Activation section, it can be defined for each activated export whether or which vehicle types should be exported automatically. Multiple selection of vehicle data is possible. In addition, it can be defined whether automatic release should take place immediately or only after a definable number of days. Furthermore, it can be defined per export to what extent the settings of export activation should be used for the export warning.

Examples for clarification:
  1. At interface X, only new vehicles are to be released automatically, all other vehicle types can be released manually.
  2. Setting "Orangen Message" = Do not consider: Even if a new vehicle is not approved for the interface, no warning appears.
  3. Setting "Orange message" = consider for all vehicles: Even if a used car has not been manually approved for the interface, the warning appears.
  4. Setting "Orangen message" = only for selected vehicle types. If a new car is not released, there is a warning if a used car is not released, there is no warning.
Note:
  1. The export settings do not affect the basic export settings, here only automatic publication is affected. For example, if only Euro vehicles are to be released automatically, vehicles of other vehicle types can also be activated manually for export.

Mobile.com additional bookings

At this point it can be defined which additional bookings should be transferred from the car manager:

Due to a selective setting, it is possible not to transfer certain additional bookings from the car manager if they are to be maintained manually directly in Mobile.de.

The customer will check settings in the application at any time with regard to the associated costs for third-party providers where vehicles are discontinued for a fee (especially Autoscout 24 and mobile.de), in particular for settings
a. for import and export of vehicles, in particular with regard to the lump sum setting of a financing option or the lump-sum setting of a vehicle as new,

When transferring data from the application to third parties where vehicles are offered, the customer will check them for accuracy with the third-party provider at any time.

The customer will use data provided by the provider in the application, in particular vehicle data, for the automated preconfiguration of offers, exclusively within the scope of the application and will not feed them any other use than that specified by the application, in the case vehicle data exclusively for the creation of offers with the application.
