Log in and out, Forgot password

There are three instances of the automanager, the login is only possible in the instance where the registration was made:

https://bmwho.automanager.io(Customers of the BMW dealer organization)

https://bmw.automanager.io(primarily BMW branches)

Log in:

Login to the car manager is done via the login mask with the username and password stored during registration.

The username is often your own email address, but it can also be a self-selected numbers / letter combination.

Parallel login with one access is not possible, please create further user access if necessary.

You will receive the following message when you are already active - the possible options areHereexplained.

Forgot password:

If you are no longer aware of your password, please use the "Forgotten Password" function.

Log out:

To log out of the car manager, please use the "Log out" area in the grey area in the top right.

Change password:

In the grey bar in the top of the car manager you will find your user icon. Click your icon, there a field "Change password" will appear. By clicking on this field you have the possibility to assign yourself a new password at any time.

The new password must meet the following requirements:

at least 7 characters

and

At least one digit (0-9)

and

at least one special character (point, comma, exclamation points, brackets...)
