Vehicle processing - equipment
In the Equipment processing tab, data is entered that describes the equipment of the vehicle and enables it to be found on external marketing platforms. Furthermore, in this area, aData enrichment via DAT and JATOoccur.
The equipment area is divided into five blocks:
Exchange-relevant search criteria
In this area, the search criteria provided on Mobile.de and Autoscout are visible and selected. A search criterion actively marked here means that the vehicle can be found on the marketing platform with the criterion.
Notes:
- Search criteria are recognized and set in various ways: through import, equipment and free text recognition. Also ownSearch criteriaare possible. Each time the Equipment section is spoke, a new comparison takes place, i.e. if changes have been made in the optional or standard equipment, search criteria can also be added / removed downstream.
- Some search criteria are filtered on marketing platforms and only the highest-value shown. Example: In the car manager, xenon, bi-xenon, LED and laser light can be set as search criterion. Externally, but only the highest value = laser light is shown.
Data Pro optimization
Queries of DAT and JATO are visible in this area. Depending on the constellation, the date of the last query is visible.Queries can be made again at any time.
Notes:
- Queries via VIN at DAT entail costs.
- Subsequent queries can overwrite already processed series and optional equipment. Manually set search criteria are not changed by renewed queries.
- For a subsequent query, it can be selected which equipment of the query should be stored. Default setting is always theSettings for DAT system / enrichmentEstablished:
Optional equipment
The optional equipment section shows the available and selected (in the vehicle) optional equipment. Depending on the data situation, equipment is grouped, the sources of the data are shown in the top right (here DAT and JATO).
The area of editing can be accessed by clicking on

It will also be reduced again.
By clicking on individual equipment (multiple selection is possible) and subsequently clicking on the arrows in the middle, optional equipment can be moved from "Available" to "Selected" or removed from the vehicle by moving the opposite.
With the fields above, you can search and filter in the available and selected equipment:
Standard equipment
The available and selected equipment is also shown during the standard equipment. As with the optional equipment, the sources are also shown in the top right. By clicking on the respective source, you can switch between the data of the different sources in the display (and thus output) (screenshot above = data from DAT, screenshot below = data from JATO).
The change is only possible if no manual changes have been made.

In the area of series equipment, separate categories can also be created. This is done via the text input field above:

Also in the area of standard equipment, equipment can be moved from "Available" to "Selected" or in another direction. The postponement takes place here by drag & drop - individual equipment or complete categories can be moved. Also a multiple selection with subsequent displacement viaDrag and drop is possible.

Note:
- Equipment must be moved to a category. If there is no category yet, a category is created automatically.
Other features
A free text can be stored in the area of other equipment features.
Ideally, this rudimentary editable text field is used for content that is not set in the 'normal' equipment or that is not general content - the latter are betterFree-text actionscreated.
A classic content of the other equipment would be, for example, an indication of pre-damage, vehicle modifications (tuning, foil), commission vehicles, etc.
Notes:
- When importing vehicle data in mobile or autoscout format, all equipment in the area of other equipment is shown. The areas of special and standard equipment are not shown.
- For vehicles of the type Wohmobile type, data is partially transferred to the processing areaMotorhomeadopted.
The customer shall be informed in particular by means of merged data from Deutsche Automobil Treuhand GmbH (hereinafter: DAT) and JATO Dynamics Limited (hereinafter: JATO) and JATO Dynamics Limited (hereinafter: JATO) for their accuracy based on the actual nature of the Sale offered vehicle to check.
When transferring data from the application to third parties where vehicles are offered, the customer will check them for accuracy with the third party provider at any time.
The customer will use data provided by the provider in the application, in particular vehicle data, for automated preconfiguration of offers, exclusively within the scope of the application and will not feed them any other use than that specified by the application, in the case vehicle data exclusively for the creation of offers with the application.
