Vehicle processing - publication

In the area of publication, the publication status and any additional bookings for platforms for the respective vehicle can be checked and set. Settings in the area "Export" have a direct impact on whether a vehicle is automatically published and which interfaces are set.

Notes:

1. There are only interfaces available that areLocationthe vehicle is set up.

In the block of Mobile.de additional bookings, the paid additional bookings on the sales platform Mobile.de are shown, which can be set and transmitted via the car manager:

In the block "Mobile.de Direct Request" block, this functionality is supported by Mobile.de. A runtime can be selected and a text entered. This text is shown to all interested parties who parked the vehicle.

Note:

1. The text cannot be deleted or withdrawn. If a removal of the text is desired, only a new text with a short runtime can be stored.
   

In the block of Autoscout24 additional bookings, the paid additional bookings on the Autoscout24 sales platform are shown, which can be set and transmitted via the car manager:

If lead management is active, an individual contact person can be selected in the Publication section, who will receive the leads for this vehicle. It is also possible to attach documents. This attitude takes precedence over distribution groups and sequences.

Obligation:

The customer will check settings in the application at any time with regard to the associated costs for third-party providers where vehicles are discontinued for a fee (especially Autoscout 24 and mobile.de), in particular for settings

a. for import and export of vehicles, in particular with regard to the lump sum setting of a financing option or the lump-sum setting of a vehicle as new,

b. actions, in particular eye-catcher actions, top advertisements, page 1 listing, red pen price, export to eBay classified ads, premium advertisements, and plus plus listing.

Obligation:

In particular, before using the functions of the application, the customer will check them with regard to the associated costs for third-party providers where vehicles are discontinued for a fee (especially Autoscout 24 and mobile.de), in particular for manual, automated imports of vehicles, Above all

a. when carrying out relocations by enrichment, since a vehicle can potentially be deleted from an account with a third-party provider and created again in another account with the same third provider for a fee,

b. when importing vehicles from lists, since the same vehicle stock can be paid into a second account with a third-party provider by specifying an incorrect account or abbreviation,

c. in the event of deletion of stocks and their new creation with lists.

Obligation:

When transferring data from the application to third parties where vehicles are offered, the customer will check them for accuracy with the third-party provider at any time.

The customer will use data provided by the provider in the application, in particular vehicle data, for the automated preconfiguration of offers, exclusively within the scope of the application and will not feed them any other use than that specified by the application, in the case vehicle data exclusively for the creation of offers with the application.
