How our programs are related

The systems provided by pixelconcept are related, i.e. there are different system relationships.

Car Manager

Basically:

- The stocks in theCar Managerll be with those in theAutomanager Appor thePicdesigner Appcompared (if a link has been made). Also theAutoscan.ai Appis with the stocks ofCar Managerlinked.
- ThisLoginin the car manager and the Automanager app is the same, you do not need separate access data.
- If you have forgotten your access data, please use the function "Forgot password."
- Access may only be used by one user (license law), if you need several, so you are welcome to use the next larger user package.


Data Incoming:

- Complete your vehicle data (mobile API, EVA import, strain gauge systems such as GWM)
- Vehicle basic data, which are then completed by enrichment via DAT (e.g. Formula 1 / CARDIS, NA investment lists)
- Enrichment information or locations for existing records (formula1, enrichment lists, automanager app)
- Vehicle images (image imports, Wi-Fi camera, Picdesigner app, automanager app, mobile API)
- Sales status (Automanager app)
- Bank interfaces (e.g. BMW Bank)
- Image imports (Automanager app, Picdesigner app, image optimization / 3D catalog images)
- Mobile.co.uk Demand data

Outgoing data:

- Complete exports to marketing channels (e.g. mobile, Pixelconcept Marketplace exchange / website)
- Parts exports (e.g. floor export to NMS, image export)
- Image export (image optimization)
- Exposee output when accessed via pixelconcept Marketplace / website)
- Emails about created customer search orders

Car Manager LMS

Basically:

- The car manager LMS uses the sameLoginLike the car manager. The Car Manager LMS is a component of the Car Manager.

Data Incoming:

- Request import from the linked email address

Outgoing data:

- LMS autoresponder
- Reply to leads received
- Vehicle exposes

Call tracking

Basically:

- Call tracking is a component of the Automanager LMS.

Data Incoming:

- Call number or the linked source
- Phone number of the caller

pixelconcept Marketplace / Website

Basically:

Thepixelconcept Marketplace / Websiteis a component of the car manager. A separate login does not take place.

Data Incoming:

- Vehicle data and entered information in the car manager
- Data of entered bank interfaces

Outgoing data:

- Request information into the car manager LMS
- Vehicle exposes

Automanager App

Basically:

- TheAutomanager Appis part of the car manager. The same data (inventories, logins, access rights) is accessed as in the car manager itself.

Data Incoming:

- Vehicle data from the car manager

Outgoing data:

- Stand information
- Vehicle images
- Sales status


Picdesigner App (Web)

Basically:

- The Picdesigner app (Web applicationorSmartphone App) can be used detached from the car manager, but it can also be aLinkare effected. The link can be done from the Picdesigner app (separate logins Picdesigner app / car manager) or from the Automanager (same login Automanager / Picdesigner app).

Data Incoming:

- Vehicle basic data / images from the car manager
- Images on the hard drive / gallery (web application, IOS, Android)
- Catalog images

Outgoing data:

- Image optimization
- Optimized images in the car manager

Autoscan App

Basically:

- TheAutoscan Appcan lossibly used by the car manager, but the app can also be activated from within the car manager and is then linked to the car manager. When linked, the login is made with the Automanager access data.
