Initial Setup Import

The import of vehicle stocks into the USER can either initiallyonceor continuously, for example, from its own vehicle management system.

Initial adoption / one-time import of your inventory

In the areaVehicles > Data ImportYou will find import options for vehicle data in Mobile.de as well as in AS24.de format:

These are set file formats that may be can be generated / exported by vehicle management systems. When receiving a ZIP file with the CSV / JSON files of the vehicle inventory, the inventory will be created as contained in the files, it findsNoDownstream DAT enrichment instead. If images are also included in the ZIP files, the vehicle images are also imported.

If you have a customer account at Mobile.de, we can also take over your inventory after entering your Mobile.de customer number via a so-called API interface.

After entering your customer number we check whether the customer number is available at Mobile.de:

If the number is correct, a feedback with details of the mobile account and the option of accepting additional bookings:

After selection / confirmation the import starts immediately.

Notes:

1. It is possible to apply the vehicle data, even if pixelconcept not as yourData service provider× has been stored at Mobile.de. However, we recommend pixelconcept before importing vehicle data via the API asData service providerto store, as the data quality is higher with this import.
   
2. One-time imports are also possible via the imports mentioned in the next area.

Continuous adoption of your inventory

If a continuous transfer of your inventory into the Automanager is desired, you can import files into the Mobile.de / AS24.de formats as described above.

Import via the Mobile.de API is not possible continuously.

In the areaAppstore > Importyou will find various apps with which you can import vehicle stocks from dealer management systems or with self-configured data in CSV / XLSX format.

The desired import app can be selected and then activated:

Notes:

1. Usually, we need as information in the import files at least one manufacturer, one model, the VIN, a price and, if necessary. A mileage / EC. Details can be found in the respective app.
   
2. For these imports, a DAT enrichment takes place downstream to supplement equipment information. This DAT Enrichment triggers costs according to price list.

Automation by FTP

All imports except the API import of Mobile can be automated by unlocking an FTP in the car manager and then transmitting your vehicle inventory to it in the specified file format.

Click on Unlock FTP account creates an FTP access:
