In the Leads E-Mail Template section, contents of the e-mails can be defined, which are sent to interested parties upon receipt of a request / lead or when answered. The content is divided into different blocks:
The header graphic is maintained over the top block in this area:
Email templates
The contents of the autoresponder are sent when a new lead runs into the system. If - as in the Automanager Marketplace - different languages are available, an autoresponder can also be stored and sent in another language. The above banner of the template can be color adjusted.
The autoresponder footer is sent to autoresponders and usually contains data from the colleague receiving the request. For the autoresponder, it can also be defined whether or which exposure is to be sent.

The general footer usually receives legal information. This information is sent to both the autoresponder and all emails sent from the Automanager LMS.
The texts in the blocks are stored in simple HTML. Various contents can be automatically supplemented via the green "Plus" icon.
This allows, for example, contact details of a seller from his data to be automatically transferred or data of the dealership from the "
Settings > Website."

Here you can define whether or which exposure or another uploaded PDF document should be attached to autoresponder:
The display of the autoresponder can be checked by test mail. Any stored vehicle covers (or other covers that are not available) are replaced by placeholders.
Notes:
- If LMS distribution groups are set up, one template is available per distribution group. Depending on the template, different contents can be transmitted in the autoresponder. If no data is entered in the template for a distribution group, the contents / data of the standard template are used.
- For vehicle inquiries, it may be useful to have core data of the vehicle supplemented via a reference. On the same train, it makes no sense to include corresponding information in the autoresponder for general inquiries without a specific vehicle reference.
- When distributed to individual users, it may make sense toDirect contact details of the userto deposit via a reference. In a distribution over aPoolIn return, a corresponding reference is not expedient.
- When a footer is stored in the template, the legal information is stored in theSignature of individual usersnot necessary, since this leads to duplication of precisely this information when answering requests in the LMS.
