Leads - Reading mode
In Lead Read mode, the individual areas of the lead are shown and can be called for further actions /EditedBecome:
Re-submission and assignment
In this area, the due date of the lead is recognizable andColour-coded. . The assigned editor of the lead is visible and can be accessed via the symbol

Customer and source
The customer name, telephone number and e-mail address of the customer are shown, in addition the source of the lead. A call can be started by clicking on the telephone number.
Vehicle
Leads associated with the vehicle are shown. Both vehicles are displayed in a constellation cash and existing vehicle.

Qualification
In this area, the individual states and subordinate points of the respective status can be called up.
Inactive or unconfirmed / completed points are grey, completed or made dots green.

- The individual states are set by completing the necessary data for the respective point. This can currently only be done in the web version of the car manager or through actions of the customer.

The message history shows communication with the customer. With one click, jump into the individual communication.
