When out of the print shop via the icon
If the mail has been selected, a window opens in which the recipient can be entered and subject / content of the mail is stored manually. The signature from theUser management of useris deposited automatically. The generated e-mail can be sent to your own e-mail address via checkbox below.
Notes:
- Please note that the dispatch of several documents simultaneously via theMultiple selectionDepending on the available space in the recipient's email account can quickly become problematic.
- Mail dispatch is not comprehensible in detail in this way, i.e. there is no assignment to leads and the dispatch is also not logged.
- We always recommend sending documents / mails viaLead management systemSince there is a comprehensibility here.
