Symbols / jumps in the vehicle list and detail page

Status icons and jump symbols are shown in the vehicle list. The status icons can be found on the left, the jump symbols on the right:

By clicking on the offer number or VIN of a vehicle, this number is cached and can be used, for example, for further searches. The storage is briefly provided with the symbolIndicated:
Vehicles can be opened from vehicle lists by right-clicking into a new tab.
About theSymbol vehicle data can be called up, which containsPersonal program settingsare definable.


The status icons are shown on the detail page and partly in editing mode. They provide a quick overview of the data status of a vehicle and can also be used to trigger actions.
Editing lock
  1. The icon is displayed before the location if the vehicle cannot be edited in the currently used access

Number of images

  1. No images show the symbol appears grey
  2. For existing images, the symbol appears blue with the number of images

Number of videos

  1. No videos show the icon appears grey
  2. For existing videos, the icon appears blue with the number of images

Warning

  1. No warnings, the symbol appears grey
  2. For selective export alerts, the icon appears orange
  3. For a flat export warning, the symbol appears red
A selective export warning warns if a vehicle cannot be exported to all available marketing platforms. A detailed setting of which marketing platforms or vehicle types should be taken into account isSettings > Exportpossible.Details are displayed by hovering with the mouse pointer:


A flat export warning is issued (in combination with a red release status) if the vehicle is not publishable.Details are displayed by hovering with the mouse pointer:


Write protection / import or vehicle lock

  1. A gray open lock icon means that the vehicle is unlocked (which import data can change manually changed data)
  2. A blue closed lock symbol means that the vehicle has been provided with write protection. Most of the vehicle data is thus frozen at the current state.
Clicking on the icon opens a window in which write protection can be activated or deactivated via checkbox:

JATO status

  1. A grey TECH symbol indicates that no enrichment has taken place via JATO.
  2. A green TECH symbol indicates that an enrichment has taken place via JATO.
Clicking on the icon opens the query mask for a JATO query.

DATA Pro status

  1. A grey PRO symbol indicates that no DATA Pro enrichment has taken place.
  2. A yellow PRO symbol indicates that a partial enrichment has taken place via DAT.
  3. A green PRO symbol indicates that an enrichment has taken place.

Clicking on the icon opens the query mask for a DAT and JATO query.

Publication status

  1. A green ON icon indicates that the vehicle is published.
  2. A red OFF icon indicates that the vehicle is not published.
Clicking on the icon opens a window in which both the publication status and the check status can be activated / deactivated:

Test status/release

  1. A gray hook icon indicates that the vehicle is not manually checked/released.
  2. A green hook icon indicates that the vehicle has been manually checked/released.
Clicking on the icon opens the window as inPublication statusshown.

Note:
  1. The test status serves only internal purposes or depending onSettingsControl of price adjustment.
  2. The test status does NOT affect the actual release of the vehicle!

Status Duration Controlling

  1. A gray icon indicates that no service life controlling process is assigned.
  2. An orange icon indicates that a service life controlling process has been assigned but not started.
  3. A green icon indicates that the process of service life is on schedule.
  4. A red symbol indicates that the process of service life is delayed.
  5. A blue icon indicates that the process of service is complete.

EnVKV obligation

A coloured symbol indicates that a vehicle EnVKV is mandatory, i.e. with its mileage and / or initial registration requires complete consumption and emission data and these are stored:

A grey symbolindicates that a vehicle EnVKV is mandatory, i.e. requires complete consumption and emission data with its mileage and/or initial registration and these are not or not completely stored:


Notes
  1. No symbol is displayed for vehicles that are not required to EnVKV.
  2. pixelconcept expressly points out that the customer / user is solely responsible for compliance with the legal requirements.

The jump symbols offer jumps for processing / status change for the vehicle:
  1. Jump into vehicle processing

  2. Jump into vehicle processing > Images area

  3. Jump into the print shop

  4. Restore (receive sales message)

  5. Creating lead

  6. Setting internal status "contract printed"

  7. Setting status "vehicle sold"

  8. Copy function / duplication function for the vehicle

  9. Setting internal status "vehicle reserved"

Here - with appropriateActivation- the reservation type, start and end periods as well as a note are stored.

Note:A reservation does not affect the export / availability of vehicles!
