On the detail page of tasks the task with all related communication is shown:
Task details
The task details show the task type (other types can be used in theSource Managementbe created), the due date and the current editor.

Customer details
The customer details show the customer's name and email address:
By clicking on the information will be entered in theReading mode of the contactwith all data jumped off - this the customer can then also be processed.
History
In the course, all communication in the task is shown as an overview:
By clicking on communication the jump into the editing mask is done analog to theLeads Area.
