Vehicle system

In the Vehicles - Import/New installation there is the Vehicle System area to create individual vehicles.

There are ways how the vehicle can be created.
The checkbox "Structured data" stands for the data query at JATO.


Note:
  1. For the plant via JATO, only the brands are available in theJATO apphave been activated.

VIN Query:


After registering a full 17-digit VIN and (if any) of an initial approval date, the data of the chassis number will be retrieved from DAT.

You will then receive information about the VIN as far as it could be filled using the data provided by DAT / JATO.
The information about the vehicle can now be placed further by you.
The following information is definitely necessary:
  1. Vehicle number
  2. Type of car (for the vehicle types New and demonstration vehicles may result in further mandatory information)
  3. First approval (not for new vehicles)
  4. Kilometerstand (not for new vehicles)
  5. Outdoor base hue
  6. Exterior color
  7. Sale price (or price on request)
After completing the information, you decide either to store and further vehicle processing or to store and enter the next vehicle. If information is missing, you will receive a red font message above the respective area.
Notes:
  1. Each vehicle query generates variable costs. Details can be found in thePrice list.
  2. For each VIN query, it can be selected which equipment of the query to be stored. Default setting is always the in theSettings for DAT attachment / enrichmentDetermined:

Hsn/tsn:

For the system via HSN / TSN, use the numbers of the vehicle known to you.

After entering and calling, all corresponding models are displayed:

After successful selection, the process is just to the VIN query.

National code (Eurotax)

The vehicle system via Eurotax code is usable if the vehicle data can be delivered by DAT.

Manufacturer model:


For the system via manufacturer and model, first select the vehicle type, manufacturer and model. Afterwards, subtypes, engines, bodywork shapes and transmission types of the vehicle are available.

Structured data / JATO

For complete or additional system via JATO, the models are available analogous to the DAT query:
The individual stands of the price list selection of the selected model are the individual stands of the price list.
The price list selected here affects the vehicleShowedor throughEquipment assignmentEditable JATO prices.

Manual capture:


Here all vehicle data must be entered manually. The bounce is directly into theVehicle basic data.

c. if stocks are deleted and their new installation with lists.

The customer will check them at any time for their accuracy with the third party providers where vehicles are offered, check them for their accuracy with the third party provider.
