Contact - Reading mode

In reading mode, details of the contact are visible:

Available action buttons (for calls, leads and mails) are stored in blue, unavailable grey. The number of leads is marked with a color digit. By clicking on it will change to the respective area or the action is started:

Calls

With a stored telephone number on the contact and clicking on the "Call" button, the view takes place, in which the call is set up or the action is canceled depending on the selection:

Leads

When clicking on "Leads" existing leads are set to select and the option of a lead system:

If there is no lead at the contact / customer, only the possibility appears to have a new leadCreate.

After selecting the corresponding action the jump takes place in the existingLeador theNewly Annex.

Mails

When clicking on "Mails," all leads of the contact are displayed. The desiredLeadto send the mail is selected, after which the jump into the area takes placeLeads / Mail Sending.

If there is no lead at the contact, the list is blank. In this case, an email can only be sent after a lead has been created.

By clicking on the iconcan enter into theEditing the contactare jumped off.
