Initial Setup Settings / Dashboard

After completing the registration and the first login into the USER, the settings should be controlled and modified according to your wishes in the first step.

We would like to point out the following settings in particular:

Basic Settings

  1. Car EnVKV Publication limits: Here you define your own warning threshold to prevent the publication of vehicles with incomplete emission and consumption information. The check can also be disabled completely.
  2. Other: Here you define your own manufacturers (including several) that are shown in search / at vehicle installation top. Furthermore you can set deletion periods for vehicles sold.

Financing prescriptions

  1. Here you can ownFinancing prescriptionsDefine that are used in your vehicles. As selection, saved global searches are required.
  2. Specification of several preset values is possible, drag and drop the presets can be sorted and prioritized. It should be sorted from fine to coarse, i.e. a search for a specific model, a search for a specific manufacturer at position 2 and a general financing requirement e.g. for all used vehicles.

Export

  1. Presets for Vehicle status and publication: In this area you define, for example, whether an automatic flat-rate publication should be made for newly created vehicles or define flat-rate export approvals per set interface after their activation.
  2. Furthermore you can make flat-rate decisions about exporting specific vehicle information.
  3. Users to be notified at Export Lock: Here you set users who will be informed during an export lock.

Import

  1. Herecan be determined whether or what information should be automatically supplemented when importing vehicles.

Master Data

Dashboard with widgets:

We name themStart viewof the OUTOMANAGER -Dashboardand the individual element widgets. In widgets, you will be shown data, some of which are also linked.
The widgets can be dragged and dropped or deleted individually, so you can slide the data relevant to you into your default view. Deleted widgets can be reactivated at any time.
