About the Leads paneLeads as configured in Car Manager− be called and also edited. The settings of theLead Managementor fromSources,Escalations,User and Supervisor Settingsapply accordingly.
In the list directly visible the following information are:
  1. Customer name / prospects
  2. Type of lead
  3. Editor
  4. Source of lead
  5. Last activity
  6. Maturity of lead


Filtering

By free text input in the input field above can be searched for customers for whom leads exist.
About the symbolcanMore filters are called that will show the result depending on the selectionRestrict or expand. Marked filters marked Blue restrict theSearch result.

Colour marking

With a three-step color marking, the due date is visible in both the lead overview and the detail page. The due date is by theLMS Basic Settingscontrolled and can also be processed in the context of lead processing by changing the due date.

or on the detail page= Shortly before escalation
or on the detail page= Overdue

Re-creation of leads

Notes:
  1. Tasks are synchronized in the Car Manager and Automanager app.
  2. Not all lead management features are available in the Smartphone app.
